We may temporarily process your IP address solely for the purpose of enforcing daily AI usage limits. This IP data is hashed and stored only for the current day, then automatically deleted. It is never linked to your searches or shared with third parties.

2. How We Use Information

The hashed IP data is used exclusively to count the number of AI requests made from your network in a 24‑hour period. No other use is made of this data.

3. Cookies & Tracking

We do not use cookies or any tracking technologies. Your searches are not stored or analysed.

4. Third‑Party Services

MarkCheck uses the following external services:

• Google Gemini API – for AI‑powered trademark checks. Google’s privacy policy applies to the handling of prompts sent to their API.
• Namecheap – we may provide affiliate links to domain registration services. Clicking these links will take you to Namecheap’s website, which has its own privacy policy.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the limited data we process. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.
